    K-3 Families - We request a $30 donation for each student, for basic classroom supplies.  Payment can be made through SchoolPay (Link: https://www.schoolpay.com/pay/for/K-Supply-Donation/IdEh6 ).  Donations made by cash or check should be dropped off in the main office.  Checks are made payable to Hazel Wolf K8.  Thank you.

    K-3rd Grade - Basic Student Supplies

    1 Bottle of hand-sanitizer
    1 Refillable water Bottle
    1 Lunch box (if bringing lunch from home)
    1 Sturdy backpack (large enough to hold a folder & lunchbox)
    1 Set of extra clothes for your child, labeled with your child's name
    1 Gallon size Ziploc bag
    The following are a few suggestions that you might want to consider:
    1.     Write names on all items brought to school (e.g., backpack, lunchbox, water bottle).
    2.     Write names inside any clothing that your child might take off and misplace.
    3.     Keep toys and special supplies safe at home. 
    4.   Make sure your child is well rested on school nights and eats a big breakfast before school.

    Please make sure that your child knows her/his afterschool plans each day.  If your child rides the school bus, she/he should learn her/his bus number. 

    4th Grade
    1 Sturdy backpack
    1 Refillable water bottle
    1 3-Ring Binder 1.5 inch
    1 Pack dividers
    5 Glue Sticks
    3 Packs of pencils - 12 count packages Ticonderoga brand
    4 White Polymer erasers
    3 Composition notebooks (80-100 sheets, wide ruled)
    4 Dry erase markers, chisel tip, blue or black
    2 Papermate Flare Tip markers (black)
    1 Package wide rule notebook paper
    3 Large boxes of Kleenex or other tissue
    1 Package unscented wipes
    1 Pair of bud earphones to be kept at school.  These will be used with our classroom and library technology.  Please label and send in a ziplock baggie

    5th Grade
    1 sturdy backpack
    1 Refillable water bottle
    2 1-Subject Spiral Notebooks (at least 70 pages each)
    2 Composition notebooks (college or wide ruled)
    2 Composition notebooks (quad/grid ruled used for math class)
    3 10-12 count box of Dixon Teconderoge No 2 Pencils
    1 Multi-pack set of Post-it note 3x3 (please, not the super stick kind as these damage books)
    4 PaperMate Flair felt tip pens or Sharpie Medium Point Pens (blue or black only.  Please no ball-point pens)
    2 Highlighters, different Colors
    6 Sturdy Poly (Plastic ) Pocket folders
    1 Small Pencil Box or Zippered Pencil Punch
    2 Large Boxes of tissue (these run out quickly and will need to be replenished throughout the school year.
    2 Large containers of wipes (the kind for cleaning)
    1 Pair of bud earphones to be kept at school.  These will be used with our classroom and library technology.  These are used often, so please be sure to send in a sturdy pair.

    Middle School Basic Supplies
    1 Sturdy backpack

    2 Composition notebooks (college or wide ruled)
    2 Composition notebooks (quad/grid ruled used for math class)

    Middle School Math Supplies

    6th Grade Math
    • Two quad lined composition books
    • Pencils: mechanical or regular #2 are both fine
     optional: scotch tape, personal glue stick, highlighter

    7th Grade Math
    • A basic four-function calculator is helpful.

    8th Grade Math
    • Two grid composition books
    • Protractor or angle ruler
    • Lots of pencils
    • Calculator with secondary functions (optional)

    Algebra
    • Two quad lined composition books.
    • Pencils: mechanical or regular #2 are both fine.
    • Graphing calculator (bring your own OR check one out in class) TI-84 Plus Silver (Addition is the one we have in class.)
    optional: scotch tape, personal glue stick, highlighter.

    Geometry
    • Two quad lined composition books
    • Pencils: mechanical or regular #2 are both fine
    • Compass (a kit with a compass, straight edge, and protractor can be handy)
