All School Announcements

1.Wolf Pack Pact – Hello families, at Hazel Wolf we have been looking at our Wolf Pack Pact, which is currently:
We focus on learning
We respect ourselves and others
We take care of our school
We solve problems
We persevere!

Our Positive Interventions and Supports Team (PBIS Team) would like to update our school’s vision with family, student, and staff input. One of the things the team would like to do is shorten it so that it is easier for students to remember and all students when asked would be able to say what it means to be a scholar at Hazel Wolf. What we need from you are 3 character traits that you think are important for your child to be a successful scholar and prepare them for their time after they leave Hazel Wolf. Our goal is that this vision reflects the dreams and wants of our entire community.
There are two ways you can give this feedback. The first is you can talk to your child’s teacher during conferences, and they will record your thoughts. The second is to fill out the survey that was sent out. Whichever way you choose to share we really appreciate and value your input in updating our school vision.

2.Hazel Wolf Elementary Show Choir – Our amazing choir will be singing around town this winter. Please save the date!
Green Lake Pathway of Lights: December 10th at 6:30 p.m.

We will be at Barnes and Noble as a fundraiser and for community engagement also December 10th from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. singing, but you can use the voucher all day to support out school!

Here is our fundraiser voucher that you can print or take a screenshot of to use online or in person on the 10th. (end of bulletin)

3.Read-A-Thon(Reminder): Thank you to everyone that has participated and donated to the 2022 Read-A-Thon! It’s not too late to ask your community to show their support for your child’s love or reading! The Read-A-Thon record sheets, sponsorship forms and collected pledges are due by December 2nd.

Forms can be submitted to the Hazel Wolf Library or by emailing fundraising@hazelwolfk8.org. Be sure to get the forms in so your student can be entered to win one or more of the fantastic prizes! Learn more about the Read-A-Thon Fundraiser
