Message from Dr. Breuder:
This weekend I went to the iGrow, Leaders of Color conference, which is part of AWSP (Association of Washington School Principals). It is always inspiring to be part of a group of leaders from across Washington state who come together in service of equity for our students and families. I enjoy meeting people from different districts and always leave this conference feeling energized and empowered.
I also attended the musical, Into the Woods, Jr., on Friday night. What a fantastic performance! It was so wonderful to see our students showcasing their amazing talents in this show! Thanks to Mr. Franklin, the cast, and all the people who helped support this production!
This week we will celebrate Lunar New Year on Wednesday with an all-school assembly. (Lunar New Year falls on February 17th.) We say goodbye to Year of the Snake and welcome in Year of the Horse!
