Message from Dr. Breuder:

Happy May! I went to a comedy show this weekend to kick off AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) Heritage Month.  This was the Seattle TKX Anniversary Comedy Show and this year was the first year it was done entirely in English (all previous years it was done in Mandarin).  It was so much fun to hear from approximately 10 comedians from across the country and a few international comedians, as well.  Happy AAPI Heritage month!

Volunteer Orientations: Please note that these are the last two orientations for the school year.

Optional Family Input Survey (Grades K-4): I sent home an Optional Family Input Form for families in grades K-4, as this information helps us as we make create classes for next year.  Please note that this is not required and it is not a space to request specific teachers.  This is a way for you to provide input about how your child learns best and any other useful information that is helpful as we create classes.  These forms are due Friday, May 8th

Multicultural Night is May 7th!  We can’t wait to see many of you at Multicultural Night on Thursday, May 7, 5:30-7:30! We need your HELP!  If you are able, please go to this link and sign up for a job.  You DO NOT NEED TO BE CLEARED AS A VOLUNTEER to help! Even 10 minutes of help would be great.  Thank you for considering. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C044BA9A92FAAFAC07-63412025-multicultural#/

Middle School Math information session: As we prepare for next school year, we are holding an information session for middle school families about math in our middle school. That session is scheduled for Monday, May 11th at 5:30 on Teams. We will send the Teams link to current 5th-grade and middle school families.

Message from Ms. Sullivan:
