Athletics:
Families can now sign up for basketball using FinalForms!
Remember that sports physicals are valid for two years, so if your student completed one recently, it should still be active in the system.

PTSA Announcements and Events
Gift Card Drive: As we head into the winter months and with fewer local resources, the PTSA is collecting $25 gift cards to Amazon, Kroger, or Target to help Hazel Wolf families purchase groceries and other essentials. Please drop off your gift cards at the front desk by November 21st. Every donation makes a difference. Thank you for supporting our community!
Neurodivergent Support Group: The Neurodivergent Support Group (formerly known as ADHD Parenting Group) is a welcoming space for parents of neurodiverse children to connect, share experiences, and learn strategies for growth. Together, we build understanding, confidence, and community while advocating for our kids. We will be having a family potluck on Thu, Dec 4th 5:30-7:30pm in the Library and plan to meet monthly in the new year. Join our community on What’s App or contact Jenny with any questions.
Open Enrollment/School Tours: Open Enrollment is happening January 5th – 31st, 2026, and Hazel Wolf has planned tours for the following dates: December 16th, January 14th, and January 22nd. We need volunteers to help guide prospective families on these dates. You can sign up here to help out.
Spring Auction: The Spring Auction is on March 21, 2026 at the Magnuson Park Hangar 30. Celebrate with the Hazel Wolf community at our Spring Masquerade Auction, an evening of fun, food, and fundraising! Enjoy dinner, dancing, and exciting activities like the dessert dash, silent auction, raffle games, and our inspiring Raise the Paddle moment. This is a 21+ event.
Put on your best mask and join us for a night to remember—all in support of our school! Get your early bird tickets before 12/31/25 for $85 per person. There are many ways you can contribute to the spring auction – from donating auction items to leading an art project to making decorations. Fill out this form to let us know!
Lost & Found Information: View this photo album for pictures and videos of the current Lost & Found items. Clothing left for more than 4 weeks will be donated to Kidvantage.
Reflections Art Content: Our Hazel Wolf PTSA sponsored Reflections Art Contest is back. The theme this year is “I Belong!” – show us what that means to you through your art. The 6 categories for the contest are: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Music Composition, Literature, Photography, and Visual Arts. The 4 age groups are: PreK- Kindergarten; 1st-2nd; 3rd-5th; and 6th-8th graders. Top 8 in each category and age group will advance to the Seattle Council level, Washington State level, and finally on to National PTA for judging. Find more general program information here.
Ongoing Ridwell Plastic Film Pick-ups: We earned free Ridwell plastic films pick-ups this academic year. Drop off your clean and dry plastic films in the Ridwell bin by the school entrance anytime. Learn what can be accepted here.
Recycle Old Shoes: Drop off old and worn-out shoes next to the Ridwell bin by the school entrance anytime. You can also find a location to recycle many other textiles near you
Join the PTSA as a voting member! Everyone – parents, caregivers, extended family, community members – is encouraged to join the PTSA. Membership does NOT commit you to attending meetings or volunteering. Our goal is to have at least one family member join the PTSA for each student, so we can continue to align our budget and initiatives to our community’s needs.
Stay Updated: Our school’s volunteer-driven Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) strives to build community, support school programs, and help families stay connected through events, fundraisers & more! Here’s how to keep in touch with what’s happening:
– Add the PTSA Google Calendar to yours
– See all PTSA events for the year
