Message from Dr. Breuder:

It is hard to believe it is the end of 2025!  This first part of the school year has been so busy, but it has been wonderful to see the teaching and learning happens every day in our building.  I hope that you and your family have a wonderful and restful break.  I am looking forward to spending time with my family (we are heading to Mazama, WA) and then my partner and I are heading to Mexico for a sunny re-charge before we return in January.  I wish you and your loved ones happiness and peace.  See you in January!

Hazel Wolf Office closed during Winter Break: Please note that the Hazel Wolf office will be closed during Winter Break so please note that emails and voicemails will get responses once our staff return from break on January 5, 2026.

Families of Color meeting: The PTSA is sponsoring a Families of Color night on Thursday, January 15th, from 6:30-6:30pm.  Families who identify as families of color are invited to join this meeting! Dinner and childcare will be provided for this event.

Multilingual Enrollment Night (January 8th): SPS has changed the Open Enrollment window to January 5-31.  We are hosting a Multilingual Enrollment Night here at Hazel Wolf on Thursday, January 8th, from 5:30-7:30pm.  We will have interpreters and an enrollment specialist onsite at that event to help families with the enrollment process.

Join the PTSA as a voting member! Everyone – parents, caregivers, extended family, community members – is encouraged to join the PTSA. Membership does NOT commit you to attending meetings or volunteering. Our goal is to have at least one family member join the PTSA for each student, so we can continue to align our budget and initiatives to our community’s needs.

Stay Updated: Our school’s volunteer-driven Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) strives to build community, support school programs, and help families stay connected through events, fundraisers & more! Here’s how to keep in touch with what’s happening:
