Message from Dr. Breuder:
We’ve had a wonderful start to the school year! It has been exciting to see our students back on campus, reconnecting with friends, building relationships with their teachers, and settling into their new routines. This last week was especially special as we welcomed our kindergarteners to campus—our K–8 community is now complete!
Please remember that Wednesdays are early-dismissal days, so students are dismissed at 2:10pm every Wednesday. This is time for staff to participate in professional development and collaborate with others.
Arrival & Dismissal Reminders
A friendly reminder that students may enter campus beginning at 8:35 a.m. For student safety and supervision, only students are permitted onto campus at 8:35 a.m. Please plan to remain with your child until that time. We also ask that families keep the gate area clear so students can enter safely and efficiently.
At dismissal, please make sure your child knows your family’s designated pickup location and has a clear understanding of where to meet you. Taking a moment to review the plan with your child can help dismissal feel smooth, safe, and predictable.
Thank you for your continued partnership as we work together to make each school day safe, welcoming, and successful. We’re looking forward to a wonderful year ahead!
Curriculum Night:
We are having an all-school K-8 Curriculum Night on Wednesday, October 7th. Stay tuned for more details, but please mark your calendars!
School Supplies:
Instead of asking students to bring in supplies on a supply list, we ask families to donate what they can, then we can order supplies for students in bulk. We also ask for a suggested $25 art supply donation.

Volunteering at Hazel Wolf:
If you would like to volunteer at Hazel Wolf, please make sure to fill out the volunteer paperwork and attend a Volunteer Orientation. Attending a Volunteer Orientation is a requirement to volunteer at Hazel Wolf. (This orientation is good for two years, so if you attended last year, you do not need to attend this year.) This orientation is online and takes about 15 minutes. I strongly encourage you to attend the orientation early in the year to get it done instead of waiting right before you plan to volunteer.
