Minimum Expectations for All Board Members:

• Attend one PTSA state or regional leadership training session during the school year
• Attend general membership and board meetings monthly (2 hours/month)
• Respond to board-related emails in between meetings
• Assist executive board members when called upon

Minimum Expectations for the Student Extensions Coordinator (split between two people):

1. Provide support and direction to the following committees:
   • Spelling Bee
   • Literacy Event (Read-In Night)
   • Field Day
   • Used Book Drive
2. Review new project proposals to determine which new student extension events and activities should be considered by the board
3. Email committee leads regularly to check status on active projects, meet in-person as needed
4. Provide regular status updates to Vice President
5. Assist committee leads in making sure project deadlines are met
